What can TECHwize Solution do for you?
|
Why the TECHwize Solution?
|
In the new economy and the merging/converging landscape of the Telecommunications and Information Technology arenas, technology-driven and technology-dependent organizations are faced with maintaining, sustaining and creating a highly skilled, adaptable workforce.
The TECHwize Solution provides an efficient, effective and flexible way to hire, train and manage the talent you need to thrive in a knowledge-driven economy. TECHwize Solution contains a system of nationally validated assessments that measure the skill and knowledge level(s) of your current and future workforce. TECHwize Solution requires a proctored test taking environment.
The TECHwize Solution assessments are grounded in the item-bank approach to testing and are formulated based on valid, reliable and continually refreshed content. The skill and knowledge-based items are developed using the National Skill Standards as a blueprint to ensure their clear linkage to critical work and tasks. The National Information Communication Technology (ICT) Skill Standards were developed by industry leaders including Cisco, Intel, AT&T, Novell, Microsoft and more. Each assessment is vendor neutral, comprehensive, current and can assess or certify professionals with varying levels of experience.
